OAC Evangelists Conference:

Opportunities for evangelists to get together with their peers are few and far between. This conference is the ideal forum for fellowship, sharing of ideas and learning together. If you are involved in proclamation evangelism then this is a gathering not to be missed!

The dates for 2009 are 9-13th November at Hebron Hall, Cardiff. Further details will be posted in the New Year but get the date in your diary now!

Reach the City:

The 2009 campaign is called 'Shine your light in the Black Country' and is based in the West Midlands. Dates are 4-12th July. It will be a joint outreach again with OM lifehope and will be linking in with local churches as we did in Cardiff. Streetwise:

 

A 'Street Ministry' training course held one Saturday per month for 6 months in the London area. Participants will learn how to minister on the streets and how to use and preach with the sketchboard. The 2009 course began on 24th January! For further details for 2010 and registration contact Peter Kennelly.

 

London Prayer Walk:

 

The London Prayer walk from 25 - 29 August. The London team plus some others plan to walk across London from east to west across London. Each day we walk and pray for about four hours and in the afternoons and evenings we preach the gospel at four different locations on the route.

 

Primary Schools Training Seminar:

 

15-19th June 2009. Held in Plymouth, this week long course is conducted by Dawn Getley. Participants are shown how to take a school assembly using visual aids such as the sketchboard. The week will include visits to local schools to put into practice the valuable lessons learned.  Cost around £85 -£100 per person (depending on numbers). Price includes course manual and lunch each day! This is a non residential course. Accommodation can be arranged if required with local families (at a further minimal charge) or a list of local guest houses can be provided. Contact Dawn for an application form.
