The Staff

From the small beginnings in 1968, the British staff has grown. There are currently 19 full time staff evangelists, 4 European Staff Evangelists and 1 associate, 1 trainee evangelist, 6 assistant evangelists, 22 associates and several volunteer schools workers. In addition Norman Moderate is our General Secretary, Alice Fanstone our Prayer Secretary, Laurie Fearon our National Account Manager, Mavis Heyman our Gift Aid secretary, and Deborah Steiner our Publicity Officer. Add to that list all those involved on National Council and Branch Committees, team members working with our evangelists, and our small army of prayer and financial supporters and it is quite a family!

OAC GB is also responsible for establishing the ministry in Spain (Chris & Hilde Mathieson), Greece (Dan & Zoe Truitt), Romania (Paul & Julie Wakefield), Italy (Michela Piccolo) and the Netherlands (Rob Vollebregt). Through the overseas ministry of Korky Davey we are also involved in establishing the work in Uganda under the direction of Romans Serunjogi! The work is supported by a faithful council who meet regularly in London and work hard to keep the organisation on track with legal and other matters. The council is led by the National Chairman Graham Worden.
