Paul has worked with OAC since the late nineties, first as UK Press Officer and then for 22 years in Albania running a magazine for churches and later leading a church plant. He became a Staff Evangelist with OAC in September 2026.

Paul’s UK ministry is just beginning, but he plans to be involved in evangelism and outreach in the Huddersfield area and also at other OAC initiatives around the country.
